Return & Exchange Policy

 

 

1. Introduction

If you are not happy with your item, we offer a simple and hassle-free return and exchange process.

 

2. Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: Items can be returned within 4-5 days of receipt.
  • Condition: Items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    Perishable goods
    Personalized or custom-made items
    Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimwear)

 

3. Return Process

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  • Step 2: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item.
  • Step 3: Pack the item securely and include the RMA number inside the package. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
  • Step 4: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

 

4. Refunds

  • Approval: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Cancellations : will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. 
  • Bank account : details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the our responsibility.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at contact@3pmonlinestore.com. We will provide instructions for returning the original item and placing a new order.
  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued, in the format of coupon code.
    If you have received an SMS or EMAIL of order delivered status and if it’s not received by you, please contact us within 24 hours.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately . Provide your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
